Happy 5th Birthday to FIT4MOM Space Coast!!!
We have SO much to celebrate this year and it would only be a party if YOU were there to join us!! Can you believe our OG FIT4MOM babes are off to Kindergarten?
The fun starts at 930AM sharp at Wickham Park playground! Please bring babes 3 and under in a stroller! Don’t forget to pack sun protection, lots of water for your whole crew, snacks (snacks make the world go round!!), and a yoga mat or towel for ground exercises!
915AM- Check-In at Wickham Park playground & get door prize tickets
930AM- Workout begins! Mamas will rotate between four stations and instructors: Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360, and Body Boost!
1030AM- arrive back at playground for after workout complimentary refreshments, special community guests, chair massages, door prizes and SO much more!!!

PS— no kids or babies are required to join in on the FUN, let’s celebrate sisterhood as mothers!! Who knows, you might meet a fellow SAHM with similar interests as you!
