The Junior League of the Space Coast, Inc.'s (formerly The Junior League of South Brevard) Kids in the Kitchen Community Project is excited to announce our annual Cooking with Mrs. Claus event. This family-friendly event will showcase how kids and their families can eat smart and make healthy lifestyle choices, even during the holiday season! Cooking with Mrs. Claus will be held in conjunction with The Junior League of the Space Coast’s 37th Annual Festival of Trees Fundraising event.
Date: December 4th, 2021 9 AM - 5 PM
Location: Foosaner Art Museum, 1463 Highland Ave, Melbourne FL 32935
Recommended for families and children, preferably ages 6-12

This year’s Cooking with Mrs. Claus event has been modified from the year’s past to accommodate social distancing in a “grab and go” style event. Throughout the day Mrs. Claus will be hosting live, socially distanced kid's holiday cooking demonstrations. Kids can pick up healthy snack bags and learn how to make recipes on their own! Our organization is also piloting a new community project related to literacy and STEM. Kids attending Cooking with Mrs. Claus can make "snow" and pick up a holiday book, while supplies last!
